The Scout's popcorn orders and money are due at this week's meetings - Monday Colony A and Tuesday for everyone else. So this is your last weekend to sell popcorn! Consider your regular customers from previous years, have you looked them up to see if they want some this year?

It would be a huge help if you organize your order by doing the following:

1. Write your child's name on the order sheet.
2. Make sure the ordered check marks are clear.
3. Make sure the amounts due and the total dollars on the sheets add up.
4. Count the cash and cheques, make sure there is enough money for all the items ordered.
5. Remove the cash and replace it with one personal cheque from you, written to “First Bedford Group Committee - Scouts Canada”.
