Hello Beavers, Cubs, Scouts & Venturers!

Registration for the coming year will be held on Tuesday, September 7th, 2010 at 6:30pm at Bedford United Church.   Due to our unprecedented growth last year, we are working to ensure all returning members have the first opportunity to register.

In order to ensure we deliver a fun program we are establishing very strict sizes for each section:

• Beavers Colony A - Mondays - 20 Beavers
• Beavers Colony B - Tuesdays - 20 Beavers
• Cubs Pack B - Tuesdays - 30 Cubs
• Scouts Troop A - Tuesday - Unlimited
• Venturers - TBD - Unlimited

Registrations will be accepted in the following priority:

1. Children of Leaders will be accepted into the section where the parent is volunteering
2. Returning members will be allowed into their past section on a first come first served basis, provided the registration form and payment is received by 7:30pm on September 7th.
3. New Members will be accepted next into any section with remaining space on a first come first served basis.
4. Waiting lists will be established for any youth who does not get accepted and the group committee will evaluate the situation and will make every effort to establish additional sections.

Youth registration fees this year are $125/member.  Only Cheques or Money Orders will be accepted.  Please ensure cheques are made payable to "1st Bedford Group Ctte - Scouts Canada"
