Brent has been involved in all sections of Scouting since joining Beavers over 30 years ago.  He spent two summers working at

in 1987 & 1988.  He has attended two Canadian Jamborees (CJ81, CJ85) and a World Jamborees (WJ83).  He is also a at in Quebec where he spent many summers of his youth.

Brent is also the President & CEO of

in Bedford where he leads a technology development team of 40 people developing software for mobile telephone networks. 

Brent has a Computing Science degree (Dalhousie) and a Masters of Business Administration (Heriot-Watt). He also is a member of the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve where he holds the rank of Lieutenant-Commander and works with the Canadian Cadet Program.
