What to Bring: If possible, please bring along a donation of a box of Pancake Mix (or other non-perishable food item) to the Beacon House Foodbank.

Car Pooling:  In the interest of "Going Green" please car pool whenever possible.

• Arrive Time:  Before 6:45pm
• Scout Pick-up:  8:45pm

• Laser Tag and Secret Santa – The Court of Honour has decided that the Troop would most enjoy a night of Laser Tag for our last meeting of the 2011 year (Dec 13).  They also want each Scout to bring a wrapped gift (value ~$5) to be exchanged throughout the night.

For Everybody's Safety

Scouts Canada Policy - Duty of Care - requires at least two leaders be present before you leave your youth in our custody. It's therefore important for parents to pop into the meeting area to make sure that we're there before driving off.
