Additional details regarding Polar Bear including directions to the Milford Rec Centre from Bedford United Church are contained in the attached documents.

We will plan to meet at BUC and travel to Milford as a group. We can also consider car pooling if parents wish to make these arrangements amunst themselves.

We beed to be in Milford for Registration and post setup by 8:30 am, so we should plan to leave BUC no later than 7:45 am.
