Scouting At the Movies Saturday January 21st

not later than Thursday January 12th as I must collect ticket money and submit it as a group by the end of this week. Parents are welcome too.

Event: Scouting the Movies

Date:    January 21. 2012 (storm date January 28th)

Time: Arrival 9:00 am

Departure (Approximate) 11:50 am

Section: Any scouting section

 

Note: Please arrive as a group and you will be met by a uniformed scouting member. Your ticket contains a valuable coupon for a reduced rate on a snack pack youth $6.32 or group combo adults $8.63 includes tax and payable at the concession stand) should you wish to take advantage of this simply present it at the concession area. Crests will be given to a scouter for distribution later. When the event is over Leaders from groups are responsible to insure Beavers/cubs/scouts safe departure to parents

 

Location: Empire Theatres Bayer’s Lake

Cost:  $8.50 (per youth includes ticket, 3D glasses and a special crest)

              $ 10.00 (per adult includes Ticket, 3D glasses and a special crest)

 

Note:  Section Leaders are responsible to address any allergy concerns.

Details of event:

Halifax and Dartmouth Areas are pleased to present the movie Hugo in real 3D. 

Twelve-year-old Hugo lives in the walls of a busy Paris train station, where his survival depends on secrets and anonymity. But when his world suddenly interlocks with an eccentric girl and the owner of a small toy booth in the train station, Hugo's undercover life, and his most precious secret, are put in jeopardy.

 

 

Not just a movie, this event is full of fun, singing with a few prizes thrown in,

for Scouting members of all ages.
